Here are some facts to keep in mind: Last year, 990 people were shot and killed by police officers. Fifty percent of them were white. Twenty-six percent were black. Seventeen percent were Hispanic. But to listen to left-wing politicians and the media, the only shootings are of young black men.
This is the same media that refuses to report facts about terrorism when Muslims are involved because it doesn't want to stoke violence against Muslims. But a shooting involving a police officer is trumpeted as evidence of the systemic racism of all police officers.
CBS has been running stories all week about hate crimes against Muslims. I am not aware of a single Muslim murdered in America because he was Muslim.
Meanwhile, police officers are increasingly becoming targets of hate crimes. Remember the police officers assassinated in New York, Ohio and Maryland? Now this atrocity in Dallas.
